Morning Session: Awakening the Body and Mind

8:00 AM – 9:00 AM

Welcome, Introduction, and Healthy Breakfast with Sue Bonanno, Lauren D’Angelo,  and Sara Gottfried

Begin your day with a warm welcome and an overview of the retreat's schedule. Meet your instructors and fellow participants, and set your intentions for the day.

Enjoy a nutritious and delicious breakfast featuring a variety of wholesome, plant-based options. Nourish your body with fresh fruits, smoothies, and light snacks to keep your energy levels high.

9:00 AM – 10:00 AM

Energizing Vinyasa Yoga led by Lauren D’Angelo

Start your journey with an invigorating Vinyasa yoga session.

Flow through dynamic poses designed to awaken your body, increase flexibility, and build strength. This practice will leave you feeling energized and ready to embrace the day.

10:30 AM – 11:45 AM

Mindfulness Meditation led by Sue Bonanno 

Transition into a calming mindfulness meditation session. Learn techniques to quiet the mind, reduce stress, and enhance your well-being.

This meditation practice will help you cultivate a deeper awareness of the present moment.

12:00 PM - 1:00 PM

Wholesome Lunch

Savor a nourishing lunch featuring a variety of balanced, plant-based dishes. Enjoy the flavors and connect with fellow participants over a shared meal.

Late Afternoon Session: Strength Through Support

1:30 PM – 3:00 PM

Restorative Yoga Led by Jill Barry

This restorative yoga session will be a sanctuary for your mind and body. We'll slow down and gently open your body through passive stretches, holding poses (asanas) for extended periods with the help of props like blankets, bolsters, and blocks.

This session is all about letting go. As your body releases tension, your mind will naturally follow suit. We'll focus on calming breaths and observing any thoughts or sensations before gently letting them drift away.

3:30 PM - 5:30 PM

Group Therapy Session led by Lauren D’Angelo and Sara Gottfried

Engage in a supportive group therapy session led by Lauren D’Angelo, LCSW, and Sara Gottfried, LICSW.

Share your experiences, listen to others, and gain new insights into your mental health. This safe space encourages openness and connection, fostering community and understanding.
